Broken-Hearted Chevy

VERSE #1
I’ve got a roof over my head, wheels under my feet,
Temperature control, and a GPS, I’m headed west
Everywhere I go, you know, I’m comfortable and clean,
I feel like I live inside my car, it’s a home sweet home machine,

VERSE #2
I’ve got an extra change of clothes, somewhere on the back seat,
If I get hungry, I have some leftover lunch to eat,
Radio tells me everything I need to know,
Now I’ve got a phone, I’ll never have to stop, when I’m on the go

CHORUS:
Everywhere I go I’ve got to drive my car,
Walking is more fun, but I don’t get very far,
Living in the comfort of this drive-through life,
There’s no place like home on the run,
No place like home on the run

VERSE #3
I see all of you out there; you better stay in your lane,
We’re all moving so fast, I hope you’re paying attention,
I’m watching you; I hope you can see me,
Mistakes are expensive, but the danger is free.
