Spirit by Nature CD by Paul Landsittel

The collection of 10 songs on Spirit by Nature has been a long time coming. I’m finally starting to prepare to begin thinking about commencing to warm up to the notion of deciding that I’m going to almost release this CD. I have been “wood-shedding”, my home studio, composing these songs up in the mountains, where I don’t get down much anymore. (I don’t think I could ever live any place without a wood stove).

Fishing in the waters of spiritual imagination, going deep. It’s an inside job, as any artist will know, to forge a musical connection, and feel the glow, before you start thinking too much. “It’s all good”, outsmart your brain, trust me, it works. Any believer in the discovery of inspiration knows that flash of the present moment, in the zone, where time stands still. Music makes a connection beyond where the five senses can go, a chance to “get your light on”. Songs are like your kids, play with them, let them grow before they can leave home and go out on their own. So I have taken them as far as I can. Hope you enjoy them, let me know.
